The Finnish Forestry Center Is Requesting Bids For The Implementation Of The General Plan For The Removal Of Migration And Dispersal Barriers According To Appendix 1. The Sites Are Located In The Municipalities Of Kolar, Pello And Ylitornio. There Are A Total Of 16 Destinations. The Offer Is Requested As A Total Price Package, In Which All Costs Are Itemized (See Price Form). The Costs Include Material Costs, Planning, Work Management And Implementation Costs. The Contract Offer Must Be Based On The Operators Preliminary Estimate Of The Amount Of Work And The Implementation Method Made On The Basis Of The Operators Master Plan. The Offer Must Be Accompanied By A Preliminary Plan And A Statement Of Work On How The Structures According To The Master Plan Are Going To Be Implemented And Which Work Phases And Technical Solutions The Offer Contains. The Selected Operator Is Responsible For The Procurement Of Road Drums And Other Material And All Costs. In The Tenders, You Are Also Asked To Present The Unit Price Cost Of Any Additional Work That May Be Ordered. The Selected Operator Is Responsible For The Safety Management Of The Construction Site. The Plan Must Take Into Account The Organization Of Work And The Use Of Machines So That The Environment And Emission Effects Are As Small As Possible. For Example, Fleet Transfers Are Planned So That There Are As Few Unnecessary Transfers And Kilometers As Possible. Work Machines Must Use Biofuels And Bio-Oils. When Requested, The Operator Must Present Receipts For The Use Of Biofuels. Every Working Machine Must Have An Oil Pick-Up Mat Or Cloth Or Some Other Material Suitable For Oil Pick-Up, As Well As A Shovel And Garbage Bags. Used Substances, Absorbent Materials And Contaminated Soil Must Be Treated As Hazardous Waste. Maintenance And Repair Work Is Avoided In The Groundwater Area. The Finnish Forestry Center Has The Right To Provide The Names Of The Contractor And Possible Subcontractors And Pictures And Videos Taken From The Site For Training, Communication, Monitoring And Research Purposes. The Project Has A Pre-Planned Budget Set Aside For This Work, And If It Is Exceeded, The Customer Can Make A Procurement Decision Only For Those Items For Which The Budget Resources Are Sufficient. Separate Prices Are Requested For All 16 Renovation Sites. In Scoring, The Combined Price Of All Items Is Used As The Reference Price. Our Own Assessment Is That The Purchase Exceeds The National Threshold (€60,000 + Vat).
