This Is An Invitation To Market Dialogue. This Is Not A Request For Tender, A Procurement Notice Or An Invitation To A Negotiation Procedure, And The Publication Of The Notice Does Not Initiate A Tender. The City Of Helsinki Is Preparing The Procurement Of Public Procurement Expert Services, Which Will Provide High-Level Procurement Expertise And Legal Expertise For Various Public Procurement Tenders Of Different Sizes, As Well As Consulting, Development, Training And Legal Representation. As Part Of The Tender Preparation, This Market Dialogue Is Carried Out, The Aim Of Which Is To Get Feedback From Potential Service Providers On The Preliminary Description Of The Procurement Object And The Requirements Set For The Bidders. In Particular, The Procurement Unit Requests Views On What Should Be Taken Into Account In The Description And Requirements Of The Procurement Object And The Suitability Requirements Of The Bidders. The Potential Bidder Participates In The Market Dialogue By Reading The Attachments Of The Request For Information And Answering The Questions Presented In The Other Conditions Section. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Discuss With The Potential Bidder Who Responded To The Market Dialogue. The Procurement Unit Does Not Undertake To Talk With All Respondents. Possible Discussions Are Held At A Maximum Of 3 Discussions / Sub-Area. The Selection Is Made Among The Respondents Who Have Indicated Their Willingness To Discuss In The Survey, And Based On Whose Answers The Procurement Unit Deems It Necessary To Refine The Information To Support The Preparation Of The Tender. According To The Preliminary Schedule, Possible Discussions Will Be Held In April-May 2026. There Is No Compensation For Participating In The Market Dialogue And Information Request.
