Servica Oy Is In The Process Of Acquiring An Electronic Device Register For Its Use With A Contract That Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Device Register Will Be Used By Servica Oy. The First Implementation Project Of The Device Register Is Implemented For It Devices. In The Future, It Is Possible For The Customer To Agree With The Selected Supplier On New Implementation Projects In Which The Use Of The Device Register Can Be Extended To Servica Oys Other Services/Business Functions, Such As Food Service Equipment And Facility Maintenance Equipment. The Procurement Is Aimed Primarily At Ready-Made Solutions In Production. The Object Of The Procurement And The Requirements For It Are Described In Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Customer Selects One (1) Bidder As The Contract Supplier, With Whom It Enters Into A Procurement Agreement. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Only Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer.
