The City Of Vantaa (Later The Customer) Is Preparing The Procurement Of Google Workspace For Education (Gwfe) Licenses And Chromebook Chrome Education Upgrade (Ceu) Device Management Licenses As Well As Google Workspace For Education And Chromebook Support And Maintenance Services For The Education And Teaching Industry. The Procurement Is Seeking One (1) Supplier Of The Overall Service Package. The Service Package To Be Procured Includes E.G.:- Licenses Gwfe And Ceu- Implementation Of The Service- Support And Maintenance Services- Projects For Further Development, Training And Other Expert Work. The Goal Is To Have A Market Dialogue (Oral And Written) With The Operators Interested In The Acquisition Regarding The Acquisition. The Dialogue Is Conducted In Finnish. At A Later Stage, The Purchaser Asks Suppliers Interested In The Procurement To Also Comment On The Document Drafts Of The Tender Request. Operators Participating In The Market Dialogue Are Asked To Register For The Market Dialogue And Provide Answers To The Preliminary Questions Presented In The Market Survey Announcement Via The Tender Service. The Following Information Must Be Included In The Registration: - Name Of The Participating Company - Name, Telephone Number And Email Address Of The Contact Person - Answers To Preliminary Questions - Other Considerations/Suggestions Related To The Procurement We Will Arrange For Operators Who Have Registered For The Market Dialogue The Opportunity To Present Their Services Related To The Object Of The Procurement In 50-Minute Meetings Via Teams. The Meetings Will Be Held On Tuesday 24 March 2026 From 12:00 To 16:00 And On Friday 27 March 2027 From 8:30 To 11:30. Meeting Times Are Reserved In Order Of Registration. This Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Procurement. Responding Or Not Responding To The Market Dialogue Invitation Is Not An Obstacle To Participating In The Tender.
