The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Ensure Access To Work Clothes For A Group Of Employees In The Department For Security Services In Dss. At The Start Of The Contract, There Will Be A Larger Call-Off, So As To Include The Annual Replacement Of Certain Products, As Well As Call-Offs Related To New Hires. Based On Previous Experience And Expected Increased Consumption During The Framework Agreement Period, The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Estimated At Up To Approx. Nok 1,490,000 Ex. Vat The Estimate Bears The Stamp Of Great Uncertainty And Is Not Binding On The Client. The Framework Agreement Shall Have A Duration Of Two (2) Years With The Option Of Extension For A Further One Plus One (1+1) Year, For A Total Of 4 Years. The Parties To The Framework Agreement Are Free To Order Products From The Suppliers Other Product Range. The Client Reserves The Right To Purchase Products From This Agreement Outside Of The Agreement If The Supplier Does Not Have This In Its Range, Individual Products Do Not Meet The Desired Quality Or Cannot Deliver Within A Reasonable Time.
