Building 4 Not Sprinklered And Is Slab-On-Grade Construction.The Above-Grade Parking Garage Structure Is Cast-In Place Reinforced Concrete, Non-Combustible Construction (Suspended-Slab Over Concrete Columns And Perimeter Foundation Walls) And Is Sprinklered. The Property Was Originally Constructed In Approximately 1992. The Existing Building Envelope Systems To Be Renovated Generally Consist Of:Cladding: A Combination Of Face-Sealed Stucco Cladding Fastened To Exterior Gypsum Wall Board Sheathing And Vinyl Cladding. Two Balconies Are Wood Frame.Suspended Slab: Rubber Asphalt Membrane Product Covered With Poured Concrete Walkways, Planters, Grade And Playground Equipment.Roofs: Sloped Asphalt Shingle Assembly And Wood Fascia Board And Gutter Perimeter.Parkade: The Parkade Is Mainly Above Grade, And The Suspended Slab Provides The Main Courtyard Areas For Buildings 1, 2, And 3.Amenity Room: The Amenity Room Kitchen Has Recently Been Replaced With New Cabinets, Countertop, Faucet, And Sink.
