Tenders Are Invited For Decalibration And Maintenance Services For Test Benches For Ns1 Relays And Maintenance In Operational Conditions

This Public Procurement Is A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles L2125-1.1° And R2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Single Economic Operator And Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders, For The Services Described In The Contractual Documents (Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Code). In Application Of Article R2162-4 Of The Code, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without Minimum Commitment Amount And With A Maximum Commitment Amount, Namely: 85,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Services Of The Framework Agreement Are Remunerated By Application Of Unit Prices, As Mentioned In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), Appendix 1 Of The Commitment Act, To The Quantities Actually Implemented.
