The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Carry Out The Public Procurement Of Works Related To The Project Consolidation And Rehabilitation Of The Danube Delta Economic College-Corp B, Tulcea Municipality Within The National Program For The Consolidation Of Buildings With High Seismic Risk, The Subprogram Design And Execution Of Investment Works For Buildings Of Public Interest And Utility. The Specific Objective Of The Work Is To Reduce The Seismic Risk Of The Danube Delta Economic College, In The Context Of Mitigating The Effects Of A Potential Disaster Caused By Earthquakes, Which Is Achieved By Taking Intervention Measures That Will Increase The Seismic Safety Of The Building. The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Is The Execution Of All The Works Necessary To Consolidate, Modernize And Rehabilitate Building B - The Danube Delta Economic College In The Municipality Of Tulcea, With Height S+P+3E And With A Floor Area Of ​​621 Sqm, Which Is Part Of The Set Of 5 Buildings Of The Danube Delta Economic College. The Works Will Include: The Purchase Of All Necessary Materials And Products, All Machinery, Means And Equipment (Including Any Lifting Or Handling Equipment) Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; Any Activity Or Provisional Work Required For The Preparation Of The Site, Or Any Authorization Required By The Contractor From The Competent Authorities For The Execution Of The Works And The Performance Of Temporary Activities And Works; The Transport To The Construction Site Of Any Materials, Machines, Components And Work Equipment, Of Any Normal Or Extraordinary Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Works; Any Relevant Testing And Required By Legislation And Regulations In The Field Of The Construction Quality Assurance System; Any Consumables Necessary For The Execution Of The Works And The Carrying Out Of The Tests; Normal And Extraordinary Maintenance Of The Works Until They Are Handed Over To The Contracting Authority; Activities And Supplies Necessary To Keep The Site Clean And Functional, Dismantling And Removing Any Temporary Works Or Activities; Preparation Of Any Documentation Required By The Contractor For The Execution Of The Works. All Categories Of Works And Installations Will Be Executed In Compliance With The Technical Project Made Available To The Executor By The Beneficiary, Verified In Accordance With The Legal Provisions, Norms, Regulations And Standards In Force. Both The Work Execution Program And The Work Reception And Quality Control Program Will Be Respected.
