The Property Remains In City Hands. The Investor Can Operate The Kita Himself Or Enter Into A Bidding Consortium With A Daycare Provider. The Facility Will Provide For A Total Of Eight Groups, Divided Into Two Separate Buildings. In The First Building, A Daycare Center With Five Groups Is Planned, Including An Integrative Crèche Group For Children Under Three Years Of Age And Four Kindergarten Groups - Two Of Which Are Integration Groups - For Children Aged Three And Over. A Daycare Center With Three Groups Is To Be Built In The Second Building, Including An Integrative Crèche Group For Children Under Three Years Of Age And Two Kindergarten Groups - One Of Which Is An Integration Group - For Children Aged Three And Over. An Independent Provider Who Later Operates The Facility Can Also Act As An Investor Or Developer. The Aim Is To Build Two Modern, Sustainable And Needs-Based Buildings On A Turnkey Basis That Meet The Current Legal Requirements For The Operation Of Daycare Centers. After Completion, The Projects Should Be Handed Over To An Independent Provider With Proven Experience In Operating Special Education Daycare Centers Or Made Available For Use As Part Of A Rental Model With A Term Of 25 Years. The Buildings Will Then Become The Property Of The City Of Garbsen. Before Starting Operation Of The Three-Group Facility, The Provider Must Consult With The Integration Assistance Specialist Service - 52.10 Of The Hanover Region Regarding Operation As A Special Education Daycare Center. If The Hanover Region Does Not Agree To Operate The Three Groups As A Curative Education Facility, They Will Be Operated Within The Framework Of The Above-Mentioned Group Constellation. After 25 Years Of Use, The Facility Will Then Become The Property Of The City Of Garbsen.
