The Labor Market Policy Measure Startbahn25 Has Been Supporting Young People Under The Age Of 25 In The Saarlouis District Who Receive Sgb Ii Benefits In Stabilizing Their Living Situation And Getting Them Into Training And The Labor Market Since 2013. Developments Such As The Refugee Movements As A Result Of The Syrian War And The Ukrainian War Have Changed The Participant Structure, Which Has Created A Greater Need For Support. The Measure Should Therefore Be Continued And Further Developed From 2026, In Particular Through Intensive Consultation, Stronger Cooperation With Regional Employers And The Integration Of Local Networks. The Measure Is Being Implemented Jointly By The District And The State And Is Supplemented By Funds From The European Social Fund (Esf). This Funding Enables Additional Staff And More Intensive Support, E.G. B. Through Outreach Work During Absences. Target Group: Adolescents And Young Adults Under 25 Years Of Age In Sgb Ii With Significant Barriers To Placement, E.G. B. Due To A Lack Of School Qualifications, Interrupted Training, Unstable Living Conditions, Psychosocial Stress Or A Refugee/Migrant Background. Scope: 120 Participant Places (With A Possible Increase Of Up To 15%). Aim Of The Measure: Stabilization Of The Personal Situation, Reduction Of Placement Barriers, Introduction To Training Or Employment Subject To Social Security Contributions, Long-Term Professional And Social Integration, Avoidance Of Permanent Receipt Of Transfer Benefits. The Measure Relies On Individual Support, Networking, Digital Advice And Skills Development In Order To Enable Young People To Have A Sustainable Professional Perspective And An Independent Lifestyle.
