Agricultural Tractors Should Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, And Have Documents Enabling The Vehicle To Be Registered And Driven On Public Roads In Poland. Tractors Should Be Equipped With All Installations And Devices Required For Agricultural Tractors In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment. Above The Accessories Should Also Be Brand New And Cannot Be Prototypes Or Contain Prototype Solutions. Required Warranty Period: Minimum 12 Months For The Tractor, Minimum 12 Months For Accessories. The Delivered Tractors Must Be Equipped With The Following Documents: - Approval Certificate In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, - Declaration Of Compliance With Eu Standards For Tractor Accessories, - Warranty Card For The Tractor And Accessories, - Operators Manual For The Tractor And Accessories In Polish, - Service Book In Polish.
