The Object Of The Purchase Is The Supply Of Fuels (Diesel And Gasoline) For The Fleet, Machinery And Other Equipment, On A Card Basis And In Bulk, And, As The Case May Be, Delivery To The Addresses Indicated By The Users. In The Context Of The Role And Attributions That The Uca Has, Given That The Products Targeted For Purchase Are Included In The Category Of Products That Can Be Purchased In A Centralized System, The Uca Runs This Award Procedure In Order To Sign A Centralized Framework Agreement For Fuels (Diesel And Gasoline) For The Car Park, Machines And Other Equipment, Which Will Be Used By Users, Following The Completion Of The Award Procedure. The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement And The Largest Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Cds - List Of Quantities. Complete Details Regarding The Products That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Can Be Found In The Terms Of Reference And Its Annexes, An Integral Part Of The Award Documentation. The Objective Of Signing The Centralized Framework Agreement Is To Establish The Terms And Conditions, As Well As The Unit Prices, In Order To Create The Framework That Allows The Users Of The Centralized Framework Agreement To Contract In Their Own Name, Depending On Their Specific Needs, The Supply (Purchase) Of Products That Are The Subject Of The Centralized Framework Agreement.
