Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Kopú In K.Ú. Up At Tábor. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Zhoř U Tábor, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Specified For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Cadastre Of Real Estate (Cadastral Decree), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cadastral Decree). The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown, Which Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Carrying Out Land Improvements And Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Zhoř U Tábora Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area, Outside The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality. The Estimated Area Of The Kopú District Is 425 Ha, Of Which 376 Ha Is Settled Area According To §2 And 49 Ha Is Unsettled Area According To §2 Of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., On Land Management And Land Authorities And On The Amendment Of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., On The Adjustment Of Ownership Relations To Land And Other Agricultural Property, As Amended Regulations. The Total Number Of Title Deeds In The Addressed Territory Of The Preliminary District Of The Kopú Is 83. The Total Number Of Participants In The Proceedings In The Addressed Territory Of The Preliminary District Of The Kopú Is 106 (Of Which 102 Are Owners). The Work Will Be Completed In Partial Parts, The Content Of Which Will Be Identical To The Annex To Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. And Methodical Instructions For Carrying Out Land Improvements (In The Current Version). The Results Of The Individual Sub-Parts Will Be Submitted In Accordance With The Contract For The Work.
