The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation And Implementation Of The Gis-Ppn System With A Remote Sensing Component In The Pieniny National Park. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Creation Of A Central Database - Creation Of A Repository Of File Resources (Including, Among Others, A Resource Including Orthomosaics/Orthoplans/Orthophotomaps, Historical And Current) - Creation Of Client Applications: Desktop, Mobile, Web (Server Component) - Creation Of Specialized Modules (Including, Among Others, Inventory, Conservation Tasks, Conservation Plan, Nature Monitoring, Monitoring And Population Management Game Animals, Timber Trade, Conservation Reports, Permanent Observation Areas And Reporting Of Results) - Creation Of A Geoportal - Implementation And Installation Of The System With The Provision Of A Database Server And A Backup Server - Training For The Ordering Staff. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Execution, Persons Performing, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Auxiliary, Administrative And First-Level Technical Support Activities (E.G. Helpdesk/Service Desk Employees, Documentation Administrators) Were Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract (Does Not Apply To Situations When The Contractor Independently Carries Out The Order).
