Project Control With Partial Extension To Include Project Management Services, The Order Requires Very Experienced Project Managers Who Have Acquired Their Competence As Project Controllers And Project Managers In Various Functions. In Addition To Extensive Basic Competence (Management, Project Environment, Stakeholders, Project-Specific Resilience, Standards/Guidelines), Methodological Competence (Project Structuring, Process And Deadline Management, Cost Management, Etc.), Organizational Competence (Company/Project Organization, Quality Management, Contract Management, Change And Decision Management, Etc.), The Project Management Team Should Also Have Sufficient Social And Leadership Competence. The Contract Initially Only Covers Project Management Services For Project Stages I And Iia. The Services Of Project Level Iib And The Other Project Levels Are Gradually Accessed In The Form Of A Step-By-Step Contract.
