The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Planning Services Required For The Renovation Of Property Planning For Buildings And Open Spaces In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 10 And Section 39 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 11, Each In Service Phases 1-9. A Gradual Commissioning Is Planned. Service Phases 1-4, I.E. Up To Approval Planning, Should Be Commissioned First And Then Service Phases 5-9. There Is No Legal Right To Further Assignment.
