As Part Of Its Strategy To Modernize And Optimize Its Healthcare Offering, The Romorantin-Lanthenay Hospital Center (Chrl), A Public Health Establishment With 688 Beds And Places, Is Undertaking A Structuring Project To Rehabilitate And Extend Its Medical-Chirurgical Building (Bmc). This Project Aims To Respond To Major Challenges: Dilapidated Infrastructure, Dispersion Of Activities, Saturation Of Flows, And Unsuitability Of Premises With Current Support Requirements. This Project Carried Out By The Romorantin-Lanthenay Hospital Center Constitutes A Large-Scale Operation, Characterized By The Extent Of The Restructuring Of Existing Buildings And Spaces, But Also With An Extension And Interventions Relating To Part Of The Real Estate Assets And In Particular: - Firm Phase Of Work - The Renovation And Extension Of The Current Entrance To Integrate The Reception Areas, Admissions Services And The Switchboard; - The Construction Of A Building For Emergency Services / Uhcd / Smur, Outpatient Consultations (Multipurpose Medicine, Ent, Ophthalmology, Cardiology And Endoscopy), Administration And A Cafeteria; - Rehabilitation Of Current Emergency Room Surfaces To Integrate A Medical Hdj; - The Integration Of 2 New Elevators For Visitors And Patients, Serving R+1 And The A Wing Levels (1969 Building With Hospitalization Levels); - Technical And Regulatory Upgrades To The Bmc; - Exterior Developments Consistent With The Reorganization Of Access, Roads And Parking Spaces; - Optional Phase 1 Of Work: The Renovation And Extension Of The Hospital Floors; - Optional Phase 2 Of Work: Upgrading The Surfaces Of The Pui And Renovating Building E (Including The Relocation Of The Archives); - Optional Phase 3 Of Work: Expansion Of The Central Changing Rooms. At This Stage, The Projected Surface Areas Of The Operation Program Are Estimated At 7,318 M² Of Su For 10,577 M² Sdo And The Financial Envelope Allocated To The Project By The Project Owner And 27,950,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
