The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Sw Solution Of The Payroll, Personnel And Attendance Information System, The End User Of Which Will Be The Entities Of The Statutory City Of Ústí Nad Labem, In This Phase The City Hall And 4 City Districts (Which Further Include The City Archive And The City Police), With Implementation In Stages Determined By The Target Concept. The System Will Contain At Least 3 Main Logical Units (Modules): • Hr • Payroll • Attendance The Delivery Also Includes Services Related To Delivery, Installation And Configuration, Setting And Consolidation And Integration Of The Subject Of Delivery And Its Future Operation In The Clients Technological Environment. As Part Of The Delivery, The Selected Supplier Will Also Process The Target Concept And Conduct Training For The Clients Operators (Administrators) And Users. The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Also Includes Support Of The Delivered Solution To The Extent According To The Requirements Stated In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 6A And No. 6B Of The Procurement Documentation) For All Delivered Sw Licenses, Services And Work And According To The Terms Of The Agreement On The Provision Of Operational Support (See Appendix No. 4B). In Addition To The Support, The Selected Supplier Will Also Provide Development Services According To The Clients Requirements.
