Assessment For Compliance Of The Investment Project - Working Design Phase, With The Basic Requirements For Construction According To Art. 142, Para. 5 And Paragraph 10 Of The Zut; 2. Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut And Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products; 3. Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For The Stage Of Construction Implementation According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works; 4. Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; 5. Compilation And Registration Of A Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. The Project Replacement Of A Main Gas Pipeline In The Section Lc Kalugerovo - Lc Vrachesh Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage 1 - Transferred Gas Pipeline From Lc Kalugerovo To An Existing Tee, Including Sub-Projects: Linear Part Of The Gas Pipeline And Cathodic Protection Station (Ccz) Trudovets; Stage 2 - Portable Gas Pipeline From An Existing Tee To A Deviation For Agrs Botevgrad, Including Sub-Sites: Linear Part Of The Gas Pipeline, Kv Agrs Pravets And Kv Agrs Botevgrad; Stage 3 - Portable Gas Pipeline From The Deviation For Agrs Botevgrad To Lc Vrachesh, Including Sub-Sites: Linear Part Of The Gas Pipeline, Kv Vrachesh And Skz Vrachesh. The Stages Will Be Performed Sequentially, And The Sequence Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority According To The Technological Possibility Of Natural Gas Transmission, And The Dismantling Works For Stage 2 Should Be Performed Last.
