As Part Of This Call For Tenders, Nrw.Bank Is Looking For Providers To Design And Implement Internal Training Measures For A Wide Range Of Topics Such As Personnel Development, Specialist Topics, Leadership, Methodological And Behavioral Skills. The Aim Is To Ensure The Best Possible Sustainable Security And Further Development Of Knowledge And Skills For Employees And Managers In The Context Of The Funding Mandate. Current Methodological/Didactic Trends And Flexible, Digital Forms Of Learning Should Be Taken Into Account. For This Purpose, A Framework Agreement With (Expectedly) 8 Lots Is Being Advertised: Lot 1 Agile Working, Working Methods & Techniques Lot 2 Basics Of Banking And Promotional Business Lot 3 Communication, Presentation, Collaboration & Conflicts Lot 4 Self-Management/Organization, Stress Management & Resilience Lot 5 Leadership Development Lot 6 Coaching & Team Development Measures Lot 7 It Competence, Digitalization And Ai Lot 8 Language Training. Bidders May Submit Their Requests To Participate For Several Or All Lots; There Is No Limit To The Number Of Lots For Which Individual Bidders Are Awarded The Contract.
