Construction Work – Ilmarinen School Extension. Extension Of The Existing Building Of Ilmarinen School. The Project Includes The Construction Of The Extension Part As Well As The Necessary Connections And Modifications To The Existing Building. The Work Is Carried Out In Connection With An Operating School. The Contract Is Implemented As A Technical Kvr Contract In Such A Way That The Client Is Responsible For The Main And Architectural Design And The Contractor For Other Design (Rak, Tate, Etc.), Design Coordination And The Entire Implementation In Accordance With The Contract Program. The Object Must Be Available For Furnishing And Commissioning By The User No Later Than 15 November 2027. The Object Must Be Completely Ready And Available For Reception No Later Than 13 December 2027.
