For This Purpose, The Necessary Construction Services Must Be Commissioned, In Particular Civil Engineering Services In Open And Closed Construction Methods (Approx. 60 Km Of Laying Distance - Of Which Approx. 25.2 Km Are Existing), Pulling And Blowing Services, Infrastructure Services, Implementation Of Approx. 567 House Connections, Especially The Construction Of Network Technology, Energy Technology Services And Fiber Optic Installation Work. The Services Must Be Documented In Accordance With The Applicable Funding Regulations. The Funding Is Based On The Funding Guideline To Support The Gigabit Expansion Of Telecommunications Networks In The Federal Republic Of Germany Of April 26, 2021 (“Gigabit Guideline”) As Well As The Gigabit Guideline 2.0 Of March 31, 2023 And The State Funding Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg According To The Vwv Gigabit Co-Financing Of September 10, 2021 (Ministry Of The Interior, Digitalization And Local Authorities). The Provisions Of These Funding Guidelines And Administrative Regulations As Well As The Framework Regulations Of The Federal Republic Of Germany To Support The Comprehensive Development Of Gigabit Networks In “Gray Areas” Of November 13, 2020 Must Be Adhered To.
