EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) For the Prequalification of Consultant for Identification and Acquisition of Urban Land in Major Cities of PunjabPAEC Foundation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable, experienced, and well-established consultancy firms / Land acquisition specialists registered in Pakistan to provide professional consultancy services for the identification and acquisition of commercially viable urban land parcels in major cities of Punjab.Scope of ServicesIdentification of suitable commercial and residential land opportunities in major cities of Punjab.Market survey and assessment of investment potential and commercial viability of identified land.Conducting legal, technical, and financial due diligence of proposed sites.Assistance in negotiations with landowners/developers.Facilitation and advisory services for acquisition/transfer processes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.Preparation of feasibility reports and investment recommendations.Eligibility CriteriaInterested firms must:Registered with relevant authorities in Pakistan (SECP / partnership / sole proprietorship as applicable).Demonstrated minimum 10 years experience in real estate consultancy, land acquisition advisory, property development advisory, or urban land transactions.Proven track record of similar assignments in major cities.Availability of qualified professionals, including real estate experts, legal advisors, and financial analysts.Strong knowledge of local land regulations and property markets in Punjab.Have experience in providing consultancy services to government organizations or large institutions.Interested firms may submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with company profile, relevant experience, registration certificates, NTN, and details of key professionals.
