1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Brand New Class A Bus Powered By Diesel Oil (Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2024). Number Of Places For Transporting Disabled People - 17, Including Places For Anchoring Wheelchairs - 1 (Anchoring In The Form Of 4-Point Belts In The Floor). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Bus Must Have Approval Confirming Its Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled Persons In Wheelchairs; Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled Persons Confirmed By A Technical Inspection Or Individual Admission To Traffic Is Not Allowed. The Bus Is Adapted To Transport Disabled People In Wheelchairs By Creating 1 Position At The Back Of The Bus For Transporting A Person In A Wheelchair (Approved Attachment To A Wheelchair, Certified Ramps For Serving Disabled People, Belts Securing A Wheelchair And Seat Belts For A Person In A Wheelchair). If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Would Indicate, In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Operational, Quality And Functional Parameters That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Term Minimum Technical, Operational, Operational, Quality And Functional Parameters Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Parameters At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. It Means That These Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law (Pzp) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those
