1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For An Investment Involving The Construction Of Roads In The Housing Estate At Ul. Barczewskiego In Dywity, Along With Obtaining Appropriate Administrative Decisions Allowing For The Implementation Of The Investment, Depending On The Needs: In The Form Of Notification, Building Permit Decision, Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid). As Part Of The Duties, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Develop The Necessary Design Documentation In Order To Obtain Appropriate Administrative Decisions, Along With Obtaining These Decisions, And Other Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Order In The Scope Specified Below: - Multi-Discipline Construction Design - Detailed Design Multi-Discipline - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, - Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, - Geological And Engineering Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Investment, - Map For Design Purposes, - Tree Cutting Project Along With Obtaining Appropriate Permits, - Temporary Traffic Organization Project, - Permanent Traffic Organization Project, - Electronic Version Of The Entire Design Documentation, - In In The Event Of The Need To Obtain A Decision On The Permit To Implement A Road Investment (Zrid), Also: O Materials For The Application For Permit To Implement A Road Investment, O A Map Constituting An Annex To The Application For Issuing A Zrid Decision, O Formal, Legal And Surveying Documentation Along With A Description Of The Property As At The Date Of Issuing The Zrid Decision, O Stabilization Of The Boundaries Of The Road In The Field, O Description Of The Property As At The Date Of Obtaining The Zrid Decision, And Other Studies Not Mentioned, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract. B) Providing The Ordering Party With Substantive Support During The Preparation And Conduct Of The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of Contractors For Construction Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of The Documentation In Question And The Preparation Of At Least 2 Updates Of The Investors Cost Estimate, C) Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Preparation Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Answers To Questions Submitted By Potential Contractors During The Proceedings For The Award Of Public Procurement For The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Subject Documentation And Preparation Of Possible Modifications To The Project Documentation Resulting From These Questions And The Answers Provided - Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Submit Questions In Writing, By Fax Or Via E-Mail. D) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Task, E) Supervising The Removal Of Defects During The Guarantee And Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor(S) Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Subject Of This Contract.
