The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Area Of ​​The Zduny Commune (From Indicated Properties Located In The Zduny Commune), Along With Their Appropriate Protection, Packaging And Transport, Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products Lying On Properties Located In The Zduny Commune Belonging To Natural Persons, By Securing, Loading And Transporting Them, As Well As Depositing And Neutralizing Them In A Hazardous Waste Landfill, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Lying On Properties And For Dismantling, In Accordance With The Requests Of Property Owners, Is Approximately 102,700 Mg From 16 Properties Located In The Zduny Commune. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order And Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Services Provided By The Parties, Which Will Be Entrusted To The Contractor Under The Concluded Contract, Will Be No Less Than 70% Of The Estimated Number Of Products Containing Asbestos Forecast For Collection, I.E.: 71.89 Mg.
