The City shall not be obliged to pay for such samples or compensate for the loss thereof, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to keep samples supplied by the appointed bidder. Unsuccessful bidders can collect their samples within 90 days after the final notification of award has been send to suppliers, after which the City has the right not to return such samples and to dispose of them at its own discretion. Please refer to the attached RFQ document for detailed specifications and quotation conditions. Kindly ensure full compliance with all listed requirements. Important Notice: Failure to submit the required product samples will result in your quotation being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration. Total number of corporate branded aluminium lecterns: 2 The City of Cape Town Events Department requires a service provider that can produce lecterns according to the following specifications: Two lightweight silver aluminium lecterns (as per the pictures below). Interior water shelf to be added. Top panel to include a paper stop. City of Cape Town vinyl logo displayed on the front panel artwork will be provided by the City of Cape Town. Lectern to include five panels Front with logo, left and right sides, top panel with paper stop and interior water shelf. Lectern is to be sturdy see below pictures with the aluminium panels underneath to ensure sturdiness. No loose parts. Lectern is to be durable aluminium must be light weight for easy carrying, however durable in order to withstand small knocks. The service provider can setup a meeting with a member of the corporate branding team to view the existing lectern. No other alternatives will be accepted.
