Tenders are invited for Acquisition of food products Any eligible candidate interested in this notice must collect a complete set of the RFQ documents in Kaya, at the headquarters of the Centre-Nord Regional Council, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) CFA francs for Lots 1 and 2, and twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs for Lot 3, payable at the Centre-Nord Regional Treasury in Kaya. 6. Bidssubmitted as one (01) original and two (02) copies, in accordance with the specific requirements of the RFQ, and accompanied by a bid security in the amount of seventy-five thousand (75,000) CFA francs for Lots 1 and 2, and one hundred twenty-five thousand (125,000) CFA francs for Lot 3must be received or delivered to the following address: Centre-Nord Regional Council Headquarters in Kaya, no later than March 23, 2026, at 09:00 AM. The opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter, in the presence of any candidates who wish to attend. In the event of submission via postal service or other courier methods, the Person Responsible for Public Procurement shall not be held liable for the non-receipt of any bid transmitted by a candidate. 7.
