The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The Entire Section Of The Internal Road - Ul. Lipowa In Czyżówka, Trzebinia Commune, Length Approx. 0.506 Km. The Reconstruction Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Asphalt Surface And The Crushed Stone Base, The Installation Of Gutters And New Structural Layers Of The Road Surface (Two-Layer Bituminous Surface On The Base And Frost Protection Layer Made Of Crushed Aggregate, Framed On Both Sides With Concrete Inrun Curbs. The Road Area Is Approx. 1,763 M2, The Total Length Of The Curbs Is Approx. 1031 M. Both Sides Of The Road Will Be Paved With Aggregate With Surface Reinforcement With Asphalt Emulsion Grit (Approx. 380 M2). A Change Was Introduced In The Design Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of The Frost-Protective Layer, Which Was Presented In The Replacement Design And Included In The Attached Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Will Require The Implementation Of A Frost-Protective Layer From A 0/63 Mm Aggregate Mixture The Works Covered By The Task Are Specified In The Attached Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities. Designating A Place For The Removal And Storage Of Excess Soil From Drainage And Excavations As Well As Debris From Demolition Works - Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Costs Associated With This, Including Possible Disposal Costs - Should Be Included In The Offered Price. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Organize The Construction Facilities For His Needs And To Mark And Secure The Work Area In Accordance With The Regulations. Applicable Regulations In This Regard, Reporting Works In The Scope Of Regulation Or Protection Of Underground Utilities To The Owners Of The Network, So That They Can Supervise The Works Carried Out (In Accordance With The Content Of Industry Agreements), As Well As Preparing A Post-Construction Surveying Inventory Of The Completed Scope Of Works With The Introduction Of Changes To The Resources Of The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Chrzanów. Confirmation Of The Surveying Activities Performed Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Current Master Map Issued By Podgik, Taking Into Account The Changes Introduced. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Electronically Or On A Cd In Dwg Or Dxf Format. The Costs Related To The Fulfillment Of These Obligations, Including The Costs Of Supervision Of The Network Owners, Will Be The Contractors Costs And Therefore Should Be Included In The Offered Price. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Warranty For The Completed Works Of 36 Months.
