1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) At Ul. Nowy Dwór In The Commune And City Of Czerwionka-Leszczyny In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Order Includes The Design And Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Where Municipal Waste Delivered By The Inhabitants Of The Commune And The City Of Czerwionka-Leszczyny Will Be Collected And Stored, And Accompanying Activities Will Be Carried Out, E.G. Educational Activities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design, Obtain All Necessary Consents, Build And Equip The Point In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consents And Decisions, As Well As To Equip The Point With All Necessary Containers, Containers, Tools, Equipment, Devices, Horizontal And Vertical Markings And Construction Facilities. The Point Will Collect Separately Collected Municipal Waste, Excluding Mixed Municipal Waste And Waste Containing Asbestos. The Following Will Be Collected And Stored: - Non-Hazardous Municipal Waste, - Hazardous Waste Generated In Households (Municipal Waste), - Items Intended For Reuse. The Total Area Of ​​Land Intended For Transformation In Connection With The Implementation Of Pszok Is Up To Approx. 6,500 M2.
