The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Services, Including Design And Implementation Guidelines And Technical Requirements, Was Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program - Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu (Appendix No. 8 To Swz) And Includes, Among Others: 1) Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With, Among Others: The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Infrastructure Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454) - In Paper Form (3 Copies) And In Electronic Form (Pen Drive); 2) Obtaining All Legally Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order For The Planned Project; 3) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or Reporting The Intention To Perform Construction Works, In Accordance With The Conditions Arising From The Construction Law - If Necessary; 4) Execution Of Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed In Accordance With The Ffu; 5) Providing Surveying Services;6) Training In The Operation Of Heat Pump Installations;7) Preparing As-Built Documentation (Including Ex-Post Energy Audits And Ex-Post Energy Performance Certificates For Each Building).4. The Ordering Party Requires The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm Principle, I.E. Do Not Cause Significant Damage To The Environment At All Stages Of Contract Implementation. 5. Some Of The Buildings In Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Are Located Within The Historic Urban Layout, Entered In The Register Of Monuments.
