Nieświeska 54/56 At Its Own Expense, Including Loading And Unloading.4) The Service Is Considered Completed, And The Risk Of Loss Or Damage To The Subject Of The Contract Passes To The Ordering Party When The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivered By The Contractor And Accepted With The Acceptance Protocol.5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, For This Procedure Until October 30, 2026. The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Same Terms And Within The Same Deadlines As The Basic Order. The Unit Price Of The Product Range From The Basic Order And The Same Product Covered By The Option Right Must Be Identical.
