The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings Along Dw802 In The Siennica Commune And The Latowicz Commune (Bom No. 324 Entitled Safe Pedestrian - Improving Safety In The Siennica Commune And Latowicz Commune) - Procedure No. 045/26.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Part Iii Of The Swz).3. If The Occupation Of The Road Lane Will Affect Road Traffic Or Limit Visibility On The Road Or Result In The Need To Introduce Changes To The Existing Organization Of Vehicle Or Pedestrian Traffic, The Contractor Should Prepare, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project To Secure The Works In The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Journal Of Laws No. 177, Item 1729). All Costs Related To The Introduction Of Traffic Organization Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of The Works, The Traffic Organization Design Should Be Updated By The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis. The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works Must Be Approved By The Traffic Management Authority (Department Of Real Estate And Infrastructure Of The Masovian Voivodeship Marshals Office). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Permanent Traffic Organization.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 5. The Contractor Should Have Insurance (Third Party Liability Insurance) For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Contract To The Subject Matter Of The Contract And To Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 300,000.00 Gross. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided That Continuity Of Insurance Is Maintained, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies Confirming The Possession Of Insurance (Oc) During The Duration Of The Contract, Covering The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Expiry Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Fails To Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For Delay In The Amount Specified
