1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Order: Renovation Of The Gymnasium In The School Complex. Stanisław Staszic In Zawiercie. 2. The Scope Of The Investment Is To Carry Out Renovation Works In The Room Intended For The Gymnasium, Which Will In Particular Consist In: 1) Dismantling Gymnastic Ladders, Basketball Backboards, Radiators, Lighting Lamps; 2) Repairing Plasters By Removing Existing Plasters, Removing Mold From The Walls, Making Insulation From Sludge, Bricking Up Two Recesses, Laying Plasters, Priming, Repairing Cracks, Painting The Walls And Ceilings, Securing Walls By Painting With Varnish;3)Execution Of Electrical Installations Together With The Installation Of 8 Pieces Of Lighting Fixtures;4)Installation Of Existing Radiators Together With The Delivery And Installation Of Radiator Thermostats;5)Repair Of Parquet Floors By Grinding The Floor, Filling The Parquet Floor, Varnishing, Painting Lines On The Floor, Making Wall Plinths And Supplementing The Parquet Floor (+/- 2 M²);6) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment: Basketball Backboards, Gymnastic Benches, Net Installation Kit, Window Protection Net;7) Installation Of Dismantled Gymnastic Ladders;8) Replacement Of The Entrance Door To The Gymnasium;9) Providing The Ordering Party With A Tightness Test Report;10) Providing The Ordering Party With A Protocol On Electrical Installation Measurements;11) Dismantled Elements That Will Not Be Reassembled (Radiators, Ladders, Boards For Basket) Are The Property Of The Ordering Party And Should Be Placed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Should Dispose Of Light Fixtures.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Arrange And Mark The Construction Site As Well As Properly Secure It And Ensure Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Measures, Taking Into Account The Fact That The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Educational Institution; 2) Perform Security And Reconstruction Works, In Accordance With The Correct Technology Of Performing The Works; 3) Perform All Accompanying Works, Consistent With The Correct Technology Of Performing The Works; 4) Notify The Ordering Party Or The Investors Supervision Inspector Appointed By The Ordering Party Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing;5) Ensuring Authorized Supervision And Supervision, As Well As Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions;6) Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage From The Construction Site On An Ongoing Basis;7) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance;8) Complying With The Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector;9) Performing The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Bill Of Quantities Works And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Applicable Legal Regulations And General Technical Condition
