1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof In A Residential Building At Ul. Miedziana 8 In Warsaw Based On Technical Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Decision And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Technical Documentation Is An Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Works By The Contractor. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business, With An Insurance Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 600,000.00 Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover Its Contractual And Tort Liability. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For A Period Of 60 Months And A Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months, Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.
