1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Residential Premises No. 105 At Ul. Dominikańska 2/4 In Góra Kalwaria Before Re-Population.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made On The Basis Of Technical Documentation, Which Includes: A) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1A To The Swzb) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 1B To The Swz. C) Floor Plan Of The Premises - Annex No. 1C To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Demolition And Dismantling Works, Electrical, Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation Works, General Construction And Finishing Works (Including Window And Door Joinery). In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Accompanying And Security Works As Well As Carry Out Acceptance Tests.
