It Is Assumed That The Existing Vertical Air Terminals Will Be Left On The Walls Of The Building, - Reconstruction Of The Pavement Made Of Concrete Paving Stones At The Passage From The Street To The Courtyard Of The Building, In Place Of The Liquidated (Backfilled) Basement Shaft In The Courtyard Of The Building And The Reconstructed Sections Of The Strip After Vertical Waterproof And Thermal Insulation Below The Ground. The Building Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And Has Been Approved By Wkz At The Stage Of Obtaining The Decision On Building Permit. Additionally, An Energy Audit Was Prepared For The Buildings Thermal Modernization Project (Annex No. 12 Swz), Which Was The Basis For Developing The Construction Design Of The Investment.
