The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of The Roof Truss Along With Roof Covering And Insulation, Replacement Of The Eaves Soffit Made Of Metal Panels. 2) Replacement Of Window And Door Frames. 3) Replacement Of Window Sills And Internal Window Sills. 4) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Top Floor Of The Rear Part Of The Building And The Basement Ceiling. 5) Renovation Of Balconies. 6) Insulation Of External Walls. 7) Painting Of Plasters External.8) Renovation Of Sandstone.9) Renovation Of Foundation Walls And Construction Of A Drainage Strip.10) Renovation Of External Stairs. 11) Renovation Of Chimneys.12) Renovation Of The Lightning Protection System.13) Installation Of Amphora-Shaped Rainwater Tanks - 2 Pieces.14) Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes.15) Construction Of Gravity Ventilation.16) Installation Of Canopies Over The Entrances. The Result Of All Construction Works Will Be A Building In The Field Of Civil And Water Engineering, Which Can Independently Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function.
