The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The St. John Paul Ii Primary School In Polichno Including Authors Supervision. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation, I.E. A Multi-Discipline Technical Design For Thermal Modernization, Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Specified In The Regulations, Obtaining The Necessary Derogations From The Applicable Regulations, Including Preparing The Necessary Expert Opinions And Opinions (If Necessary), Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required) Or Submitting The Appropriate Notification If Required By Applicable Regulations, B) Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Approval Of The Ordering Party Design Documentation, Including The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art As Well As The Principles And Conditions Of Occupational Health And Safety. C) Exercising Authors Supervision Over Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation.2.
