Iwaszkiewicza 5C/7 And Constitutes Annex A To The Swz. 2. The Subject Is Implemented From The Funds Of The Citizens Budget 2021.3. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Works Consisting In: Preparation Of The Area, Construction Of A Synthetic Surface, Gravel, Paving Stones And An Overgrowth Mat With Grass, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment: A Multi-Module Set (Linarium), A Play Set, A Swing With A Regular Seat And A Storks Nest, A Vertical Carousel And Elements Of Small Architecture: Waste Bins, Benches With Backrests And Armrests, A Regulation Board Along With With A Board Informing About Financing, Bicycle Racks And Gates With Fencing;2) Carrying Out A Post-Assembly Inspection In The Playground Area Along With Obtaining Certificates Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground And Surface With Applicable Standards, Regulations And Technical Documentation;3) Preparing As-Built Acceptance Documentation, Which The Contractor Will Provide To The Ordering Party In Paper Form - 2 Copies, In Electronic Form In .Pdf Format On A Usb Drive - 1 Copy.
