Tenders Are Invited For Ongoing Maintenance Of County Roads And The Accompanying Road Infrastructure In The Nowy Dwór County

1. The Order In Part 1 Includes Works In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads Administered By The Nowodworski County Board With Its Registered Office In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Consisting Of: Profiling And Repairs Of Dirt Road Surfaces, Filling Local Losses In Dirt Roadsides, Cutting Off High Shoulders, Repairing And Cleaning Culverts Under The Roads, Relocating Existing Sidewalk Surfaces (Partial Renovation Of Sidewalks), Restoring Drainage Ditches, As Well As Cleaning Street Gullies, Inspection Wells And Curbside Drains. 2. In The Field Of Profiling Of Dirt Roads, The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Mechanical Profiling Of The Road With A Motor Grader To Obtain The Desired Profile And Slopes, 2) Mechanical Compaction Of The Profiled Ground Surface With A Mobile Roller.3. In The Scope Of Repairs Of Local Damage To Ground Surfaces, The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparatory Work, 2) Loosening The Soil At The Repair Site To A Depth Of 2-3 Cm (Within The Outline Of The Damage And, If Necessary, Moistening The Subgrade Soil), 3) Filling The Defect And Compacting It In Accordance With The Applicable Standard, 4) Leveling The Repaired Places To A Cross Slope Consistent With The Slope Of The Existing Roadside. 4. In Terms Of Filling Local Losses In Ground Shoulders, The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparatory Work, 2) Uniform Filling Of The Depressed Shoulder Using A Motor Grader To Obtain The Required Transverse Slope, 3) Compaction Of The Completed Shoulder To Obtain The Desired Compaction Index.5. In The Scope Of Cutting The Overgrown Ground Shoulders, The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Carrying Out Preparatory Work, 2) Cutting The Overgrown Shoulder With A Shear Thickness Of 15-20 Cm And An Average Cutting Width Of 1.5 M, Using Graders, Shoulder Cutters, Milling Excavators Or Other Machines And Giving Them An Appropriate Slope And Transporting The Excess Soil To Storage (Distance Transport 5 Km),3) Compacting The Roadside Surface With A Roller To Obtain The Desired Compaction Index, 4) Cleaning The Road With A Mechanical Brush.6. In The Scope Of Replacing Or Repairing Culverts Under Roads, The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparatory Work, 2) Repair Or Replacement Of Damaged Culverts, I.E. Demolition Of The Damaged Culvert And/Or Excavation And Construction Of A New Culvert With A Diameter Of 0.5-0.6 M From Pvc Culvert Pipes With End Walls, Together With Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Bituminous Surface.7. In Terms Of Cleaning Culverts Under Roads, The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Cleaning Of Culverts And Inlets And Outlets Of Culverts Under Roads, 2) Culverts Should Be Cleaned Of Silt, Vegetation, Leaves Or Other Contaminants That Impede Water Flow, Mechanically Or Manually, Using Shovels, Spades, Axes, Etc., 3) Ensuring The Patency Of Pipes Using Lines With A Brush Or Piston, Channel Buckets, Disc Cleaners, Channel Spirals, Twisted Poles, Motor Pumps Transmitting A Strong St
