The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision For The Investment Titled Comprehensive Construction And Conservation Renovation Of The Basements Of The Town Hall Tower In Krakow. The Investment Concerns The Basement Of The Town Hall Tower In Krakow, Rynek Główny 1, Where The Peoples Theater Conducts Cultural Activities. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Restore The Appropriate Standard Of Use And Adaptation To Current Technical Conditions. The Scope Of The Design Study Includes Comprehensive Construction And Conservation Renovation And Interior Modernization, Including The Replacement Of All Internal Installations And Arrangement Of Basement Space. The Design Development Must Lead To The Improvement Of Functioning Conditions, Obtaining A Coherent, Orderly Composition Of The Basement Space, Understood As A Uniform Set Of Interiors With A Clear Functional And Aesthetic Hierarchy.2. The Scope Of Development Of The Design Documentation Includes: A) Architectural And Construction Design To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit (Pnb), Which Constitutes The 1St Stage Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Technical And Executive Designs As Well As Investors Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, Stwior For All Works Covered By The Design Documentation, Which Constitute The 2Nd Stage Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, C) Interior Design Design And Equipment Design, Which Constitutes The 3Rd Stage Of Acceptance Of The Subject Matter Orders.3. Exercising Authors Supervision Constitutes The 4Th Stage Of Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Be Obliged To Perform No More Than 30 Authors Supervisions. The Settlement Of Supervisions Will Be As-Built, Based On The Supervisions Actually Performed, Based On The Rate Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer.4. A Detailed Description Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
