The Subject Of The Order Titled: Construction Of A Road Viaduct Along Dk-1 Over The Planned New Municipal Road In Czechowice-Dziedzice And Construction Of A New Communication System Complementing The Existing Public Road System In The Area Of ​​The Designed Viaduct Along Dk-1 Is The Provision Of Services Related To Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Contracts (Two Contracts With Contractors) Concluded As A Result Of Separate Proceedings For Construction Works. The Above Tasks Are Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Service Includes: − Verification Of Design Documentation; − Management And Coordination Of Construction Works; − Provision Of Investor Supervision Services Over The Contract. The Service Contractor Must Ensure Supervision Under The Order In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Construction Law And The Public Procurement Law. It Is Required That The Contract Be Implemented By A Team That Meets The Conditions Set Out In The Construction Law, And In Particular With The Provisions On Independent Technical Functions In Construction. The Supervision Team Will Be Headed By The Contract Engineer. The Contract Engineer Will Be The Employers Representative And Will Act Within The Scope Of Duties Specified In This Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Resulting From The Current Provisions Of The Construction Law, The Civil Code, Public Procurement Law, Legal Acts Regulating The Expenditure Of Funds From The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program And The Government Road Development Fund And Applicable Technical Standards.
