1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Natural Aggregates, According To The Ordering Partys Requirements, I.E.: 1. Multi-Fraction Aggregate And Gravel In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 600 Tons.2. Crushed Aggregate - Crushed Stone 0-31 Mm In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 2,200 Tons.2. Delivery Will Take Place Successively During The Term Of The Contract After Prior Indication Of The Quantity, Place And Delivery Date.3. The Aggregate In Question Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Applicable Standards.4. The Aggregate Should Be Natural, Of Mineral Origin, With Good Compaction Parameters Enabling Its Use For Road Modernization.5. The Aggregate Should Not Be Subjected To Any Processing Except Mechanical.6. The Aggregate Should Be Free From Elements Harmful To The Environment (I.E. Asbestos, Ash, Etc.), Crushed Construction Rubble, Waste Materials And Elements Hazardous To Road Users (I.E. Metal, Wire, Etc.).7. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Also Includes: Loading, Delivery And Unloading In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Area Indicated By The Ordering Party (The City And Commune Of Lidzbark). 8. Delivery Terms:1. The Costs Of Transporting The Subject Of The Order To The Indicated Place In The City And Commune Of Lidzbark And Unloading It With A Self-Unloading Truck Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor And These Costs Should Be Included In The Offer Price.2. The Ordering Party May Order Material In Batches. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Appropriate Type Of Aggregate Successively According To The Ordering Partys Needs By Means Of A Self-Unloading Truck With A Capacity Of Min. 15 Tons With 4X4 Or 6X6.4 Drive. Deliveries Of The Ordered Batch Should Take Place Within The Time Specified In The Offer, Counting From The Confirmation By The Contractor Of Receiving A Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail Request From The Ordering Party (Delivery Date Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria).5. Only Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party May Collect Deliveries.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Compliance Of Each Batch Of Delivery With The Documentation Attached To It. 7. The Contractor Will Attach A Wz Certificate And A Weight Certificate To Each Batch Of Delivered Material.8. The Contractor Will Issue An Invoice For The Material Already Delivered In Accordance With The Issued Wz Documents, But No More Than Once A Month. 9. The Actual Delivery Values ​​Will Result From Orders Placed By The Ordering Party As Needed During The Term Of The Contract.
