A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 5 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Adapted To Right-Hand Traffic, Brand New, Complete, Free From Legal, Construction And Workmanship Defects Without Prior Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. No Proceedings May Be Pending Against The Subject Of The Order, The Subject Of Which Is The Vehicle, And It Cannot Be The Subject Of Security. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport Of The Subject Of The Order Along With Insurance Along The Entire Route.
