The Subject Of The Order Is: Performing Chimney Sweep Errands, Checking The Technical Condition Of Furnaces And Checking The Heating Installation In Buildings Constituting The Resources Of The Siemianowice Śląskie Commune. Cpv Code: 71700000-5 Supervision And Control Services 1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Chimney Sweeping Errands: A) Notifications By The Administration Regarding The Poor Functioning Of The Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts; B) Compliance With Applicable Regulations For Connecting Kitchen Cores, Room Stoves And Gas Stoves. The Person Conducting The Proceedings Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Process Applications 24 Hours A Day. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Direct Action (Contact The Tenant) Within 12 Hours Of Receiving Such A Request By Phone Or In Writing. C) Preparation Of A Chimney Sweepers Opinion. Estimated Number Of Errands - Approximately 1,500 Times. The Given Quantity Is An Estimate And May Be Reduced). Together With The Chimney Sweepers Opinion, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Person Conducting The Proceedings With A Sketch Of The Smoke/Ventilation/Exhaust Gas Ducts From The Inspection. Furnace Inspectionsa) Fulfillment Of Special Reports Resulting From Random Events That May Result In A Threat To Health And Life As Well As Property And The Environment, E.G.: Fire; Poisoning; Poisoning.B) Determining The Causes Of Malfunctioning Of Heating And Chimney Devices And Issuing A Written Opinion, Which Should Include A Specific Solution To The Reported Irregularities.C) Preparing A Chimney Inspection Opinion. Each Inspection Will Be Preceded By An Order, After Receiving Which The Contractor Will Perform The Service Within 12 Hours. After The Service Has Been Completed, The Following Must Be Delivered To The Person Conducting The Proceedings Within 3 Business Days, And In The Event Of An Emergency, I.E. Fire, Poisoning, Intoxication Within 24 Hours: A Photocopy Of The Chimney Sweeps Recommendation With An Annotation As To Whether: • The Stove Is Suitable For Reconstruction; • The Stove Should Be Cleaned With A Vacuum Cleaner; • The Method Of Heating The Premises Should Be Changed, • The Stove Is Not Suitable For Operation. Estimated Number Of Checks - About 600 Times. (The Quantity Given Is An Estimate And May Be Reduced) For The Above-Mentioned Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Compliance Of The Connection Of Heating Devices (Coal, Room, Kitchen And Central Heating Stoves And Other Devices Connected To The Chimney Ducts) And To Check Specific Notifications That May Result In A Threat To Health And Life, E.G.: - Fire - Poisoning - Poisoning The Contractor, Together With The Chimney Sweepers Opinion, Is Obliged To Provide The Person Conducting The Proceedings With A Sketch Of The Smoke / Ventilation / Flue Gas Ducts The Inspection Carried Out.
