1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Alcoholic Beverages For The Needs Of The Coal Mining Museum In Zabrze, Divided Into Parts: Part 1. Wines With The Mgw Logo.2. The Types Of Ordered Articles, Their Estimated Quantities And Their Minimum Parameters Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Annexes No. 5 To The Swz (Part 1), 5A To The Swz (Part 2), 5B To The Swz (Part 3).3. The Offered Products, As Well As The Method Of Their Transport And Storage, Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Provisions Of Law Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Bring The Ordered Alcoholic Beverages To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense. Orders Should Be Delivered Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. The Quantities Of The Ordered Articles Will Be Provided To The Contractor Each Time In The Form Of A Written Order Via E-Mail.4.1 Delivery Of Articles From Task 1 - Wines With The Mgw Logo, At The Guido Mine, Ul. 3 Maja 93, Zabrze.5. Packaged Alcoholic Beverages Should Be Delivered In Original, Intact Packaging, Marked In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of December 23, 2014 On The Labeling Of Individual Types Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 29, As Amended).6. Alcohols Must Be Delivered In Collective Packaging, Protecting The Glass Against Damage During Transport. Note: Regardless Of How The Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order Are Carried Out (By Own Transport Or Via A Courier Company), The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivery Using Its Own Resources And At Its Own Expense - Together With The Delivery (- Delivery Of The Logo To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party) (!) The Contractor Bears All Responsibility For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, Including The Risk Its Damage Or Loss Until It Is Received By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Delivery Via A Courier Company, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of The Goods And Their Transfer From The Means Of Transport To The Place Indicated In The Swz - As Part Of The Order Submitted To The Courier Company (The Door-To-Door Delivery Method Is Unacceptable). Failure To Comply With The Above Condition Will Result In Refusal To Accept The Goods.7. Packaging Of Alcoholic Beverages Should Contain Such Information As: Product Name, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer Or Entrepreneur Packing The Food, List And Quantity Of Ingredients Or Categories Of Ingredients, Net Content In The Packaging, Date Of Minimum Durability Or Expiry Date, Storage Conditions.8. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality Defects Of The Delivered Products (Hidden, Not Hidden) And For Damage Resulting From Their Transport, And Is Obliged To Immediately Replace The Defective Goods On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. 9. If Defects In The Delivered Articles Are Found, Or If The Delivery
