Tenders Are Invited For Sales And Delivery Of Lifts And Diagnostic Devices To The Technical School Complex In Mikołów, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled Effective Functional Schools
1.2.1 Task 1: Sale And Delivery Of Lifts To Zst In Mikołów A. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment: 1) 2 Pieces Of Two-Column Lifts; 2) 1 Piece Of A Four-Column Lift; B. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order With Your Own Transport And At Your Own Cost And Risk, To The Premises Of The School Workshops Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów At Ul. Pokoju 2.C. Unloading The Equipment From The Means Of Transport And Transporting It (Carrying It) To The Car Workshops Located On The Ground Floor, And Then Unpacking The Packages. D. Final Assembly Of The Delivered Equipment And Connecting It To The Prepared Installations, Starting The Equipment And Checking Its Proper Operation. E. Conducting A Two-Hour On-The-Job Training For 5 Teachers Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów. F. Providing Service Under The Warranty Quality, As Well As Service During The Post-Warranty Period On Separate Terms And Conditions. G. Providing, Together With The Delivery Of The Devices, The Documents Specified In The Swz And Any Other Documents Allowing The Ordering Party To Use The Devices In Accordance With The Law And In Accordance With Its Technical And Economic Purpose (All Documents Specified In This Point Should Be Prepared In Polish Or Translated Into Polish). H. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Described In Task 1 Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Protocol Acceptance. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. I. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations.
