The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Together With Installation And Launch Of: Software Providing An E-Service For Submitting An Application For Updating Data Contained In Egib, Processed In The Pzgik System, Software Supporting The Creation Of An Electronic Seal Using A Qualified Certificate, And Software Increasing The Level Of Security Of Processing Data Made Available Using E-Services On The Internet (E-Service Broker) And Supporting The Digital Competences Of Employees And Recipients Of E-Services Of The Department Of Geodesy, Cartography And Real Estate Management Of The District Office In Oświęcim (Training). • Part 1 - Delivery, Installation And Launch Of The E-Service Of Submitting An Application For Updating The Egib Database, Along With Training, Granting A License For The Provided Software And Providing A Warranty Along With Technical Support. • Part 2 - Delivery, Installation And Launch Of A Communication Broker For E-Services Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource And Software For Creating An Electronic Seal On Documents Processed During The Operation Of E-Services, Along With Training, Granting A License For The Provided Software And Providing A Warranty Along With Technical Support. This Subject Of The Order Is An Element Of The Modernization Of The It Infrastructure Necessary To Provide And Provide Spatial Data As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Digital Solutions For Geodesy Of Oświęcim County, Implemented Under Priority 1 European Funds For Research And Development And Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.7 Digital Solutions For Geodesy, Project Type A. Digitization Of The District Geodetic And Cartographic Resources In The Scope Of Creating Spatial Data Sets In The Egib Database Consistent With The Applicable Conceptual Model. This Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Material Scope Of The Project In Three Tasks Included In The Application For Funding: Purchase Of An It System Module, Purchase Of Public E-Services And Training. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Each Of The 2 Parts Of The Order. In Order To Maintain The Rule Of Competitiveness, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Described In The Documentation. Therefore, The Contractor May Propose Solutions That Implement The Same Functionalities Specified By The Ordering Party In A Different Way Than The One Provided. An Equivalent Solution Is Considered To Be A Solution Which, In Terms Of Technology, Performance And Functionality, Does Not Differ Significantly From The Functional And Performance Technologies Specified In The Specified Solution, And The Features Are Not Compared To Solutions Specific To The Specified Solution, Such As: Proprietary Patents, Proprietary Technological Solutions, Proprietary Protocols, Etc., But Only To Those That Constitute The Essence Of The Entire
