4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Protection Of Persons And Property In The Facilities Of The Institute Of Nuclear Chemistry And Technology Located In Warsaw At Ul. Dorodna 16 And At Ul. Na Krańcu 3 For 24 Months In The Period V.2026-Iv.2028.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Services Consisting In Provision At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party, E.G. 7:00 A.M. To 7:00 A.M. The Next Day, At The Facilities Of The Institute Of Nuclear Chemistry And Technology (Ichtj) Located In Warsaw: 4.2.1. At Ul. Dorodna 16, I.E. - 24-Hour Shift Security Service For Persons And Property Provided In The Form Of Permanent Protection In One Shift By 3 (Three) Security Employees, Additionally Reinforced By 1 (One) Security Employee In The Event Of Such Needs Occurring At The Ordering Party, Which Were Not Possible To Predict - Covered By The Option Option;4.2.2. At Ul. Na Krańcu 3, I.E. - 24-Hour Shift Security Service For Persons And Property Provided In The Form Of Permanent Protection In One Shift By 1 (One) Security Employee;4.2.3. Explanation Regarding Point 4.2.1-2:One Shift Will Consist Of A Total Of 4 (Four) Security Personnel Referred To In Point. 4.2.1-2, And Whose Common Supervisor During The Shift Will Be The Shift Commander On Duty At The Facilities At Ul. Dorodna 16.4.2.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Security Employee Assigned To Perform The Order Being A Disabled Person Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 1997 On Vocational And Social Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled Persons (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 44, As Amended); 4.2.5. The Ordering Party Consents To Assigning Persons Employed Under A Civil Law Contract To Complete The Order;4.2.6. Right Of Option Option Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provides For The Implementation Of The Contract In The Ichtj Facilities Located At Ul. Dorodna 16, The Possibility Of Ordering The Contractor To Provide Additional Reinforcement With 1 (One) Security Employee In The Event Of Such Needs Of The Ordering Party That Were Not Foreseeable. Activities Covered By Option Law Are Analogous To Those Described In Point 4.2.1 Swz And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Commission Activities Covered By The Option Right, And The Contractor Has No Claim To Commission Them. The Implementation Time Of Activities Ordered Under The Option Law During The Implementation Of Reinforcement For 1 (One) Employee Within 24 Months May Include A Maximum Of 96 Hours.
